At the age of 48, I decided to regain control of my health. Now at the age of 57, through training and experience, I have learned to overcome many of the challenges with my health. My philosophy is simple ~ Mindful living, an active lifestyle, being honest with yourself, healthy eating habits, and everything else in moderation.
